Echo Cycle

You are a robot in training simulation, trapped in a 10 minute loop, which is impossible to beat the first time. Every death and every attempt resets the loop and teaches you something new. Additionally, use the temporal loop device to create and replay shorter, temporary loops for scouting ahead and puzzle-solving .

Temporal Loop Device: A device to prevent the loop from resetting after death by creating a shorter temporary loop instead. Place to activate a 10 second loop.  While activated, death resets you to the beginning of the temporary loop. Replay the loop with an echo of your past self to view failed attempts and solve 2-Player puzzles.

Tips: 

Use the temporary loop to scout ahead for dangers in unknown areas without a full reset after death

Your echo can interacts with switches and is influenced by the environment (seperately to the player)

The first electric floor is dependent on the countdown and won't activate until stepped on (Sound Bug: electricity won't turn off after death, you must wait till trap turns off again, sorry!)

Items are kept after loop resets

[R] Replay last temporary loop
